Meet Florence, Rose and Beatrice whose feelings of elation and hope for a better future is simply contagious.
After years of suffering from Obstetric fistula, they were repaired courtesy of our partnership with the charity Fistula Foundation.

The three joined our Mumias rehabilitation and reintegration center in July and are pursuing the dress making course.

Besides vocational skills training, they are get comprehensive training in life skills, business management, financial literacy, farming and many other income generating activities.

Our rehabilitation and reintegration centers across the country are safe spaces for women and girls who face heightened vulnerability due to their socio-economic standing.

These women are also trained on safe motherhood and are members of the Voices of Hope for Action movement- a team that sensitize and mobilize communities and identify those suffering from fistula for treatment and care. The Voices of Hope for Action movement- active agents of change, remain critical partners in advocating for #motherhood #endingfistula #EndFGM and the elimination of all forms gender-based violence.
