Women And Development Against Distress In Africa(WADADIA) joins the global community and commemorates World AIDS Day with a mini parade and walk from our main office to Shibale market with stops at Mumias and Lukoye market. HIV is a cause so dear and close to our Founder and Lead Director Habiba C N Mohamed who has dedicated over two decades in the fight to end new infections and empowering people living with HIV.

This year’s prompt is “Equalize” an urgent call to EndInequalities that impact access to HIV prevention and treatment services.

We as organization, our work to address social, mental and economical issues affecting people living with HIV continues to be front and center.

Together, we can and will end HIV stigma and achieve zero new infections.
