Meet our Founder and Lead Director, Ms. Habiba C N Mohamed embodies leadership through action. She’s taking us behind the scenes of our In-reach program, sharing key highlights from the camp, and inspiring others with her journey.
Ms. Habiba is leading by example in a powerful way:
• She underwent a cervical cancer screening, showing bravery and encouraging other women waiting in long queues to do the same.( There’s so much fear attached to this particular screening, yet women forget that early detection saves lives)
• She’s shared her real dreams, passions, and inspirations that drive her work in the community and highlights the importance of increasing access to HPV vaccines, regular screening, and state-of-the-art treatment for cervical cancer in its early stages. Her mantra is simple yet straightforward: #getinformed#GetScreened and #getvaccinatedtobeprotected
• She shared her dream come through of providing holistic, accessible medical care for women and children.
This is beyond medical care – it’s about empowering women, restoring dignity, changing lives, impacting families, and fulfilling a dream of making healthcare accessible to all.
