Beyond Survival: Creating Pathways to Rebuild.
Healing is only one part of the journey.
For girls and women recovering from sexual and gender-based violence and obstetric fistula, rebuilding confidence, learning practical skills and finding a pathway towards economic independence can be just as important.
At WADADIA’s vocational skills programme, survivors are learning, creating and preparing for new possibilities.

The women and girls in this photo represent something bigger than a training programme. They represent courage after trauma, resilience after adversity and the determination to build lives beyond what happened to them.
Reintegration is about ensuring that recovery does not end with medical care or counselling. It is about creating opportunities for women to regain agency and participate fully in their families, communities and economies.
Their resilience is powerful. But resilience should not have to carry the journey alone.
🤝 Partner with WADADIA to help more survivors move from healing to skills, from skills to opportunity, and from opportunity to independence.
